My 970GTX is killing it in this game, everything on Ultra except motion blur and cromatic aberration off, FOV110, mouse smoothing off....the game engine as absolutely fantastic, the movement, the gunplay, pretty much everything...smooth as shit, fluid and fast. Best game and best engine iD have created since Quake1....
i was tentatively thinking the same watching the videos... altho, id liken it more to Q3 due to the speed, however it almost looks like it runs better than that somehow.. must be all the little modern touches
what im really interested in - will they license the engine? will it be like another era of tons of 3rd party games using the iD engine? like RPGs and open world and all that
