Give me a relatively consolitis heavy Far Cry or Division game over that 1990 stuff any day of the week.

Factorio and Stardew are imo both great games
Very different though
Runaway indie success, and AAA shovelware continuing to do well. PC gaming not dead.
I haven't really checked it out but the simple fact that the PC has two very high quality 'retro' indie games in a normally 'off' month is pretty awesome.
I'll vouch for Factorio! I haven't had this much fun playing a game for a LONG time. It's the kind of game you think about constantly when not playing...

Yep, but that mistake reminded me that there was a Pure Pwnage movie so I'm happy about the mistake
Also, I could really get into that game later this year when I have more time at home.

I owned Stardew Valley. It is not a Farmville clone. It's like a cross between The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past meets Harvest Moon meets Animal Crossing. It's a fun retro game!
