On PC, The Division will be rendered at glorious detail at resolutions up to and including 4K, with extra effects, higher-quality assets, and PC-exclusive NVIDIA GameWorks technology that further improves fidelity and immersion. Get a great look in the Tom Clancy's The Division GeForce GTX Technology Trailer:
PC players will also receive the usual and expected benefits, such as faster framerates, ShadowPlay support, SLI support, G-SYNC support, DSR support, and multi-monitor support. There's also the option to completely configure the in-game HUD, color blindness display modes, support for certain LED keyboards and keyboard effects, and support for Tobii EyeX eye-tracking, which is built into select GeForce GTX notebooks and can be purchased separately as a standalone device.
And of course, GeForce Experience Optimal Playable Settings will be available from launch, helping you configure the 90 detail levels found in The Division's 20-plus settings with a single click.

That said, if you're not playing with a potato for a controller, and you aim for the head, fire in bursts and control your recoil (like any other shooter), the time to kill still isn't very high.
Looks great, but will this be another game that's mostly about visuals and lacking in the gameplay department? All the gameplay videos I've seen looks like you just spam your weapon trigger until a mob goes down. In fact, I've seen videos where you could be point blank and you still need to shoot several times in the head before they go down. I'm not a big fan of that kind of lazy gameplay.

The atmosphere is the main selling point for the game, I don't think it'll have the longevity that some people are hopping for.
The only hook is to grind for higher DPS weapons... so you can kill people and AI faster with no end game?
Are you some kind of wizard? You mean, in like, no other online shooters you don't grind for higher DPS to kill things faster? *mind blown*

the reflections in the game dont look anywhere near as good as they do in this video. At least not on my 970 at max settings. In the video, you can clearly see that objects being reflected but in the game (beta) everything had a massive blur to it, removing any and all crisp details.
