So we are doing our best to deliver a vision of grand global colonial warfare retelling the story of the American Revolution and the American Civil War in space. We imagined the next generation of immigrants moving out to the new frontier of an inhabitable planet. Rather than taking a traditional sci-fi approach to that we wanted to look at how that would happen practically, what the ships would look like and with machines that were designed for excavation and construction , demolition and working the land, and what happens when they are turned into instruments of war.
“What inspires us is the junction of technological advancement with the inevitability of conflict and war and what the next war might look like. In Titanfall 2 there will be a lot of [scenes] where science meets magic, but keeping it grounded and dirty and human and real.”

halo: nightfall was produced by ridley scott and defiance had a 100 million dollar show budget and fizzled. keep chasing that transmedia empire dream boyos.
Halo: Nightfall is a live-action Xbox Originals webseries for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and other Microsoft devices which was released in late 2014.

The need to do what their former sister-studio Treyarch brough to the Cod franchise with World at War: Co-op Campaign with arcade-like scoring (combo multipliers, bonus for headshots), and the cheats cards that you could find around the levels which would unlock things like "shoot your teammates to revive them", "only headshots" and "headshots explode enemies" etc.
TONS of fun. would be crazy with a team, 2 in mechs, 2 pilots wallrunning alongside them down a corridor, I can see that being a good romp.
the MP was fine, needs better AI, and more of it. A game like this could pull off an FPS-MOBA gamemode with it's AI implementation, wouldn't even be that hard to do. MOBA-lite with titanfall's dynamics, please!

I can't help but feel they are adding it because they (executives) didn't understand why it wasn't the success they were hoping it would be.

i always bought IW's games for the campaign first and multiplayer second. the guys at respawn probably have the pedigree to put together something really solid.

I don't buy for a second that Halo Nightfall had a 100 Million dollar budget.

I'll say that I'm interested in a single player campaign for this game. That said, I can't help but feel they are adding it because they (executives) didn't understand why it wasn't the success they were hoping it would be. I have no problem with devs dropping single player (or multiplayer for that matter) so they can focus on one aspect of the game. The problem with Titan Fall (imo) is it still felt like the multiplayer that gets tacked on to a single player game.

The main reason people didn't leave it installed for occasional play is the size of the game, 50+ gb is just stupid.
