Some inmates already due for release were getting out a few months early due to inaccurately applied "good behavior" credit. Can't say it bugs me too much. It's not like mass murderers serving life sentences were getting out, or people were getting years shaved off their sentence.

I do wonder how they didn't catch this for 13 years though.

Do you have a single fact to back that up?
