Really? I'm actually kind of disappointed because I think Treyarch is the COD dev that does dismemberment...

I didn't get to play it because I passed out the night before it expired.

So i went into this not knowing what to expect as i haven't played a COD since the first one, and...

Everything about it just feels wrong, from the animations to the sounds, to the graphics to the gameplay.

It feels like a bad console port of battlefield 1.

I actually feel bad enough about wasting bandwidth on it!

lol @ the state of gaming when shit like this is popular.

People complain when a game's too expensive. People complain when there's no demo. People complain when a game goes on sale. People complain when there's a free weekend.

Man! Some of you sure are perpetually negative.

Welcome to Blue's News!

They must be desperate for sales.

I just got done watching the first trailer for this game on Steam and it is bizarre. Nothing makes sense!!!

All I can tell you is beware the evil mastermind behind all of this because A, he sounds like Arnie and B, he "always has the good shit", whatever the fuck that means in the context of the Call of Duty world.

Once you've played one Call of Duty, you have played them all.

There is a more than reasonable difference between some CoDs. That said, from everything I have seen this isn't worth the trial. I think CoD: WaW was the last one I really enjoyed, and even it wasn't amazing.

That said, a free trial wouldn't hurt if you are interested.

Considering how desperate Activision is to flog this one and the abysmal user reviews maybe Bobby Kotick has finally ruined yet another franchise.

Not worth the time to download, even for free. Once you've played one Call of Duty, you have played them all. Of course, the free trial will come complete with foul-mouthed tweens, spawn campers, glitchers and shitty matchmaking.

Last two CoD games had a 25% sale within 3 months of launch. Considering you can get that on black friday for the consoles it's not surprising they're finally doing it more often for the PC. I've been bitten too much to still do this yearly... storymode(only thing that matters with no dedicated servers) is what let's plays are for.
Munching On: FF14 storyline, SAO PS4, Horizon.

Well, it outsold Fallout 4 (source: NPD), so maybe it's just tanking on the PC.

Considering it's already 25% off, one month after release.. I feel like this one didn't do very well. They usually NEVER have sales, especially not this early.
