I'd be interested to hear what and how others brew it to. I use a drip brewer with a gold plated filter, and grind my own daily. Right now I have Columbian 100% Arabica medium roast, but I sometimes drink Kona or Kauai peaberry, which is amazing. I'm thinking of switching to a percolater though.
