There is a way to do it in the config, which is stupid why you can't change in game.
C:/Games/World_of_Warships/res and open engine_config. There's a line called '<invertVerticalMovement> false </invertVerticalMovement>' change the false to true.
And it's a fun game. I've enjoyed it for a month or two now.

Tried it this week. No Inverted Mouse feature. Didn't want to rewire my brain after 20 years of PC gaming, so I uninstalled until they add that.
