Windows and OS X, edition of this turn-based strategy game based on World War II's brutal battle for the Ardennes.
This was first released for iOS, and the Slitherine
website has a launch trailer
along with details, including word on cross-platform multiplayer support between
the desktop and mobile editions. Word is: "December 1944 – The German army is
retreating on every front and the final defeat seems inevitable. But a sudden
and violent counteroffensive can change the odds. In the snow-covered forest of
the Ardennes, Panzer divisions are awaiting a signal from the High Command to
take the Allies by surprise. The Battle of the Bulge is about to begin!"

Why anyone is attracted to these animated presentations of board games is beyond me when you have things like the Total War series. Staring at stat plaques and 2d maps just seems really boring.
