Yes. Meat, in particular. May I ask why you are so curious?

Besides eating, shitting, sleeping, working, making love and participating in the occasional hobby, is your life really that important to the rest of the world or universe? Most likely not. We all end up dead like the many generations before us who were clueless, seeking answers, avoiding death, wishing to be immortal, and always wanting for some kind of meaning.

At least a person 'who doesn't seem to care' is sort of content, instead of living in a constant paranoid state, wondering what grand conspiracy may or may not exist.

So far, I have observed two types of (harmless) conspiracy theorists.

Bruised Ego:

This person finds life so meaningless he/she looks to romanticize everything into an epic story, where he/she takes center stage as the victim of a dramatic play. A dark force is trying to mislead, fool, and challenge him/her by hiding some kind of ulterior agenda. Evil forces are always trying to convince the person (via the media, social pressure, or perhaps something in the water) into thinking that there is NOT a wizard behind the curtain. Something else is there, crushing the person's oppurtunity to be god-like. Hence, life is not completely pointless, it's simply being oppressed by 'whatever it is' out there trying to prevent the person from being so important - stealing his/her spotlight and true purpose in life.

Not My Fault:

This person will attribute everything to a higher source of power or to a combination of groups behind a grand scheme. Convinced that someone else or something else is truly in charge of what is happening. The person will constantly complain and seek the reasons for why something occurs but always conclude the strings are being pulled by an untouchable puppet master. Hence, the person can blame 'the powers' but concedes to the notion he/she can do nothing about it. The person is content to simply blame someone/something else for 'bad things' without feeling compelled to do anything to truly stop it. The person doesn't want to 'stop it' because he/she would be forced to concede that 'it' wasn't there in the first place.

Simply Crazy:

There is a third type that is simply crazy and should be on constant meds or locked away. The crazy types are the ones who violently act on a belief. Very dangerous. Society's law makers and politicians need do a better job in preventing this type from walking the streets.

Whatever professor Book

Instead of bending over and take all in , people should learn to stop up and look at what they say yes to , but in this time were everything has to go in lightning speed most zombies just say "COOL" fill me up..idiots

Stop being weird.

Let me guess, you don't believe that Meat-puppets and sock-puppets exist or that there might be some right here on this tech savvy site which has been around for nearly 2 decades. I suppose that you don't believe that governments and corporations around the globe are employing thousands, possibly millions, of people to manipulate public opinion on all sorts of issues.

There are both human and AI bots trolling every corner of the web, which are becoming harder and harder to detect and who do nothing but post comments all day and night to push an agenda. The thought-police are very real and they're everywhere on the web. It's not a thing of the future, it's already thriving.

I'm confident that MS has employed a literal army of meat-puppets who control hundreds of sock-puppets each to beat down anyone who opposes the spying in Win10 and folks like you go right along with it.

Go look into the 50 cent army that China has created and then tell me that this shit isn't happening. China doesn't hide it like American entities do. They make 50 cents per post which is where the name came from.

The thought police are everywhere, and the mindless sheep who follow them and are incapable of forming their own ideas are just as dangerous.

The comments about the iPad and Android are a little bizarro given that Windows 10 is largely making a windows PC more like those sorts of devices i.e. An appliance you do not control that also functions as a surveillance device.

Load a different OS if you can – too bad about secure boot.

Microsoft is downloading Windows 10 to your machine 'just in case.'

I noticed my available hard drive space on C: had taken a noticeable drop. I couldn't figure it out. All new games get installed on F:

This explains it.

And people with low bandwidth caps? Think I smell a lawsuit a-brewing.

Possibly useful post. I just installed 2952664 yesterday (I intentionally lag a month behind due to shit like this), and got the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\Install folder today at 1:15. I removed the update, so we'll see if it comes back.

That folder showed up for me as well, but it is empty, I expected it to have something in it.....hmmmmm Not happy about this.

I had a 600k file (AM_Delta_Patch_1.205.2029.0.exe), but that was it. Will keep an eye on it and see if it grows...

I think its beyond atrocious that you have to periodically check files on your OWN computer just because, you know, Microsoft! Worst part is most people are so tech illiterate they will go along with pretty much anything shoved down their throats as long as the talking heads and pundits keep calling it "progress".
I have a nifty blue line!
