Why can't the gov just make it so AT&T needs to deploy the fiber they already promised (was it 5... 10 years ago?), THEN deploy to the 12.5mil new users, THEN they can get approval to merge. It's crap like this that makes people really not trust your gov.
Munching On: FF14 storyline, SAO PS4, Horizon.
A requirement they will no doubt find a way to weasel out of once again.
And when ATT fails to do this the repercussions will be....? Nothing, I'm thinking.
