Happy Independence Day! Whether or not you are in the U.S., here's hoping you're enjoying a little independence today. I barbequed some ribs yesterday and grilled up some burgers, but don't have anything set for today, which turns out to be good planning, as rain is possible in the local forecast. Here's hoping you're having a safe and fun weekend whether celebrating the occasion or not.
