Blizzard has never once been a "leader". Ever. All of their most popular franchises were developed on the backs of the genre defining games before them. Warcraft/Starcraft are essentially C&C ripoffs, WoW is a ripoff of every MMO before it... is Diablo their only truly original IP?
The culture hasn't really changed, they have been riding the coattails of D2 for 2 decades.
EDIT: +1 Slick for the Madeon mashup, I love that video![]()

I've been playing with it for the past month or so. It's basically the fun parts of other MOBAs, without so much of the tedious, annoying stuff. I like it. It's got the typical Blizzard polish, and it's free. Can't really find much wrong with it.

MOBA for the console kiddies.
Should do well.

I'll preface this with the fact I generally don't like mobas, so...
...I played this during beta, and disliked it more than most.
I suppose it's the over-the-top rockstar-type glamor sensationalized style they made each character - totally uninteresting to me.
