Er, dunno where you guys get news from sources wise, but I heard of Unturned plenty. Knew about it before it ever launched on Steam EA, when the developer basically redid the game's graphics (yes, he redid them lol) to make it look better than it did.
Also, for those of you who seem to hate F2P games with a passion - there are some F2P games done right out there. Path of Exile comes to mind first of course, but there are others. Tera is a great F2P game (and is coming to Steam soon-ish) as well.

I never heard of Unturned either... which means.. Steam is actually doing it's job properly I guess, because F2P and MP/COOP are the 2 things I have blacklisted in my feed display.
But that no news site ever ran a story about that game is a bit surprising. I literally NEVER heard of it. Not just on steam, but outside of it as well. What the heck? Are only introverts playing this? (If so, awesome, but.. why?)

And this goes even further, nobody in my youtube feed ever played this, TB mentioned it never, heck.. I must be living in a serious filter bubble that this never reached me.

Also, Robocraft. This one I've actually seen the Steam page for. Anyone playing it? I like the idea of building something then testing it in the real world (a la the original Mechwarrior). However, I've been put off from playing it from both the Free to Play and Early Access labels.

Unturned, a free to play, early access game that none of us has even heard of or talked about has the most "owners?" What the actual fuck??? I'm not doubting Ars (too much) since the game has 114,000 reviews but Jesus, who couldanode?

Kinda feel like their numbers for the F2P games must be completely broken, though. I've never even heard of most of the games they list.
For years i thought WoW was the biggest MMO in the world until i learned of Runescape, which dwarfed everything i knew about MMOs.
