Statistics page shows that over the weekend Steam achieved a new record
for concurrent users, showing a peak of 8,357,541 players were online at once at

So, yeah, on the basis of concurrent users, all of Steam equals LoL.
There are somewhere around 20 millions steam users in one form or another.
Strike that, in 2013 Gaben said there were 65 millions users on Steam.
And in January 2014 League of Legends said there were 67 million users on League of Legends each month.
Not sure what you're fighting here. League of Legends and Steam are about the same size. I've never played LoL, I don't care for MOBAs or MMOs, but I'm alright admitting that LoL is pretty damn large.
