Upgraded last spring to AMD FX-8350, 8gigs and R9 280x (3gigs vram) for around 550e so these requirements really aren't that steep if you look around basic computers these days. Next gen consoles are here so requirement's are only going steeper anyway.

This game looks great, looking forward to the release, and subsequent Steam/Gamersgate sale a few months later.

Also I have 128GB of RAM, get on my level, game designers! (Not really)

And I've got 6. I'll give you my address, send me a little Christmas present?

Yes, I'm begging. Don't judge me!

lol, not worth a rant. it's worth a guide:

step 1) get mad at PC games that look like "shitty console ports"

step 2) get mad at PC games that look great because they use too much resources.

step 3) (this is a step for advanced users only, caution is advised) Get mad at games that use too much resources, BECAUSE they're shitty console ports.

Lots of truth other than it isn't mad, it may sound mad how you read it, but just your average every day bitching, bitching != mad.

But yes that is how it rolls. Blues lines'm up and we knock them down. One doesn't have to hit the comments section on comments you know where they'll be going. But that is what we do, you've figured it all out, the deal is it changes nothing. So then yours becomes a rant of a rant. Or as NIN would say a copy of a copy of a.

As I said in the previous thread on this: This is Techland. Not a developer known for their ability to deliver on technical grounds and now we can rest assured we are likely to get a console port. But of course I could be wrong and Techland can do what they have never done before deliver a sound PC game.

Not good news for port when they recommend an xbox 360 controller...

Right if the O/S didn't take any ram and the non-graphic card code didn't take ram.

Yep, consoles have more like 6GB of addressable space that developers can use.

That slime guy just wrong as he always is, I doubt anyone is surprised considering the volume of his past whining and confusion. This game was never pushing any envelopes as anyone who took more than 10 seconds to read the specs and think about them probably knew.

Also it's Techland so yeah.

ahh, you must be referencing whoever said that a game with such requirements must obviously be a "pisspoor port". who said that again?

Come on, sport! You can do better than that. Rant away as usual. So busy ranting you don't even have time to structure proper sentences! Wow that's busy! Yep, you're a busy, ranting guy.

You know, I've got 32GBs of memory and even I thought the 16GB recommendation was stupidly asinine.

yeh 16gb is super good for after effects or maya or something.. but for gaming, RAM is not even close to being a bottleneck
