Wow, thanks! Had never heard of this guy, so figured I'd try it out. Simply amazing how fast it is. First PDF reader I've used that doesn't stutter while trying to load new images as you scroll through the document.
ebook support is pretty awesome as well.

I ditched Foxit years ago for Sumatra when I noticed Foxit piling on the bloat each release. Now if I could get them to stop emailing me when they release a new version. I must have accidentally given my email once when downloading it. The email just contains a title "New version of Foxit available" or something like that, but there is no body text. It comes from a noreply@something type address, and I can't find an unsubscribe link on their page.

This software is great. Small, and supports lots of formats. (Not just PDFs)
If it was a commercial product I'd buy it. But it's free.

Just did an install of Foxit, no Foxit Cloud install/don't install option. Opened and saved some PDFs, no Foxit Cloud in sight. Methinks someone set something up and forgot about it from not using it.

Yes, Foxit should have made the installation of their Cloud service optional. However, it does have its own uninstall in the Windows Control Panel, as explained in the article Blue linked right below the Foxit one.

Dafaq? Somebody needs to be sued over that. What makes them think they can take personal, potentially copyright-protected files, and just upload them willy-nilly anywhere they want without any user permission?

Foxit Reader installs Cloud add-on and uploads all open files to it. Summersaults over Acrobat to be worst PDF reader ever.
