Steam News announces a
weekend sale
on the Call of Duty franchise, where everything in the military shooter series
is half-off, both individually, and as part of some large bundles to cut down on
your clicking. They also note that multiplayer play in Call of Duty: Ghosts
is free on Steam between
now and 4:00 pm EDT on Sunday, allowing a chance to sample the series.

It's never been busy like CS/CoD but I always see multiple full servers to choose from.
Insurgency puts all the other FPS' to shame atm. Hardcore old school FPS action. Lots of fun.

Try restarting Steam. It should show up in your library, if you view 'all games'

I have quite enjoyed CoD multiplayer, on Xbox at least, but Ghosts was hands down the worst of the bunch. Far and away.
Ghosts < MW < MW2 < MW3. Some hated MW3's killstreak insanity, but man, was it a blast. I don't know, maybe they were easier to achieve on the PC, but getting a 20 kill streak was an accomplishment on the 360. Even a 10 was an accomplishment.

I didn't know they had gone full retard on the DLC for the latest CoD game. They'll never catch up to Train Simulator but it looks like they're off to a good start.

If you're looking for an FPS to play you can try Planetside 2. F2P and so far I've been loving it. A bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out you're good.
Put advanced warfare on sale so we'll at least equal the console price on launch(30$ hell even $40) and we'll start talking.
Munching On: FF14 storyline, SAO PS4, Horizon.

I don't really see the comparison. Instant respawn, weapons with no recoil, zero team tactics... They have similar map and team sizes but thats about it.
