Don't be so dramatic. The current upper echelon is still mostly comprised of or immediately descended from rich, white, conservative men. They're going to die off and be replaced by men whose only experience with gross misogyny comes from watching Mad Men. I highly doubt the new breed will be half as resentful or hostile toward women coworkers and employees.
