You have no idea man, Full Throttle was fantastic and I'd rate it even above this.

Man Full THrottle is so damn cool. Also need to revisit Outlaws....fuck I miss the days of LucasArts of old...

I was working for EA around the time most of this stuff was coming out so we could always get our hands on any internal stuff from Origin, Bullfrog, et al. but they also had a good library of games from LA, etc. so you could check them out for a few days to see what they were doing. Granted I ended up buying all of them but it was really cool at the time when we could get some advance copies that weren't released yet. Back when the industry was so very much smaller and friendlier, and they were obsessed with making good games and not billion dollar IPs churning out the same shit year after year. That's the kind of shit that makes you bitter.

I just finished the old version of The Dig on Steam. I need to run through Loom and the Indiana Jones games again too. Full Throttle was one of my favorite Schafer games though. I hope he gets the rights to do all his old stuff frankly. He could grow old redoing all HD versions of his greatest hits.

If it's the same as the PS4 version, they're changing the controls as well, but that's pretty universally been looked upon as a positive change, as the original game was pretty clunky in that regard.

They're not changing the gameplay, just updating the graphics. It was made in '98. I'm pretty sure graphics technology has evolved to the point that they can indeed improve upon that aspect of the game.
