I picked up a CH products stick and throttle a while back. It's pretty good but doesn't provide an easy rudder unless you go with the foot pedals which I don't have room for.

I have the same stick, and you actually have a choice. You can twist the stick, but there's also a rudder control on the throttle you control with your middle and ring fingers. It's a decent stick for the price.
