Freedom Factory Studios and UIG Entertainment are excited to announce the final release date for the fantastic action adventure/beat’em up game KICK-ASS 2 for PC and console - the official game of the hit movie KICK ASS 2 will be released in May 2014.
Three years after the success of “KICK ASS”, the second installment of the successful comic adventure movie hits cinemas across the world and features returning cast members Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass) and Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit-Girl), along with Hollywood star Jim Carrey (Colonel Stars and Stripes).
KICK-ASS 2 the game is a classic beat-em-up featuring brutal finishing moves and animations straight from the movie and comic-book. Play with the main character of the movie and take on arch-nemesis, “The Motherf*cker”!

It's worth a download, or a rental or whatever avenue of access you can get, but it's only mildly entertaining and not as good as the first. It's a typical hollywood sequel.InBlack wrote on Apr 23, 2014, 09:09:
Ive seen the first movie and was suitably entertained. Is the second one any good?
I wasn't impressed, either. Then again, I wasn't exactly a fan of the first, and only watched both due to netflix...

Kick Ass lost the ability to feel pain?
I don't remember that at all.

Why do they even bother?

One being how Kick Ass lost the ability to feel pain in the first movie (which was his "Superpower"), but apparently is able to feel pain without issue in the second. This hole wasn't explained at all.
