Out of the Blue

I was thinking this afternoon I could finally open Manstovia for the season until I got a call from my Uncle last night, who wants to take us out to a late lunch. It will be awesome to see him on an occasion besides Thanksgiving, but also makes me suspect the fates are conspiring against my desire to do some outdoor cooking. Oh well, the weather is changing enough that I know I'll be out there soon enough.

Alright guys, it is live.
I setup "BluesNews Pact" for the EbonHeart Pact.
(do we want one for each Alliance?)

Send me an invite or add me as friend (@xXBatmanXx), put a msg in there that you are from BN and I will add you to the Guild. I may setup one for each alliance if people are interested, or create one for each.

I created an Ebonheart Imperial DragonKnight.

/update: I went to create "BluesNews Covenant" and a single account can only create 1 Guild. I may recreate the guild, haven't decided.....

I REALLY need to stop saying I won't buy a game. Refused to even open beta ESO, but then early release comes around and somehow I find myself buying the digital copy so I can play. WTF? Something is shorted in my brain. I'm out of whiskey, that must be it.

Anyway, I am Khajiit (sp?) and on the, uh, Dominion thing.

Feeling like I need the CE, even though I didn't even want to buy this game. Good thing it's impossible to find now.

I'm going to go punch myself in the face.

You think there's a "season" for BBQ? Naw, son. What you got right there is a "season" on your gumption. When I lived in Colorado, I kept the grill next to the sliding glass door that led to the deck. With that setup, the man-stove is always open for business. Sure, you get a little BBQ smoke inside sometimes, but that just whets the appetite. Long as the wind doesn't blow out the flame, your ribs'll do their happy-dance on the grill just fine, even in subzero weather.

I have had to crawl over feet of snow down my ramp to get to my BBQ a dozen times throughout the winter... Perfectly cooked, medium rare, NY Strip... So worth it...

We grill pretty much year round, except when there's 6 feet of snow and I don't feel like shoveling a path.

Or, we used to, anyway, when we were in NY. Now I'm in NC and have a covered porch in our apartment, but no grill yet. (Left it for the people renting our house...)

Jupiter Ascending looks cool. Glad to have new sci fi IP. Had to stop the trailer mid way though. I should know better by now, but I hate how much they show in trailers these days. Pisses me off to no end.

Yeah the weather is changing, all right; started off the day with rain, it turned to snow, and then settled back down on rain.

I'll dust off the National anthem of Manstovia.
*ahem*
Hail hail Manstovia set the fire of freedom alight.
Hail hail King Blue, he has a fork, he is brave, oh what a glorious sight.
Manstovia! Manstovia! Sit your arse on the grass & raise your favourite beverage to the sky.
Here's to me! here's to you! medium rare well done or red white & bleeding blue.
Now wipe that tear of joy from your eye.

Um .. Behind you...

I didn't play the ESO beta, so I'm playing catchup, in the next 15 hours. This makes no sense to me, seems there is not going to be an Auction, but only inter-guild trade?

Additionally, it looks impossible to have a high level adventure and high level crafting on the same toon. I can backup any Blue's crafters, who need to be carried through the questlines so they can spend their points on crafting. At least part of the time, if your on a US server.

Starts tomorrow sometime? I will be in there. Will post a group link.

Nice PHJF! Thanks for sharing, that was classic, and I got a several good chuckles out of it.

Trent Reznor sure has his own style/sound and certainly influenced Industrial rock/metal genres, and is a synthesizer wizard to boot.

Hah! Just got back from my bro's place and checking out his new pooch. Gadzooks I forgot how much energy puppies have. 3 month old Huskie and all she does is bounce and chew and bounce and chew. Anything, everything, everyone, bounce chew bounce chew bounce chew. She's cute as the dickens but man talk about a handful. Now I can see why as we get older so many people opt for rescue dogs at least a year or two old.

I'm hoping to get a new pooch in the next year or so but I know now it's not going to be a puppy.

We have a 12 year old Siberian Husky and they are one of the cutest puppies. But you're right, they are a handful. They are very sweet dogs, but also very smart, headstrong, talkers/whiners, energetic, and Houdini escape artists. As much as I love ours, who has grown up to be a really good dog, although still very headstrong, I don't know if I would get another one.
