Meh, I have no problem with Origin. It's stable, unobtrusive and works. At least from my experience
Not to mention if you have a problem an actual person will call or e-mail you before hell freezes over. One of the crap things about the whole Valve/Steam "flat management" bullshit.
I hate to say this - but I did get really good help when I contacted them about my BF Veteran number. Had to send some screens over of my cases and keys.... they converted my keys to Origin keys and it popped in there....
I'll add to this: I originally ordered a digital copy of TOR, when it looked like the CEs were sold out (they went on sale at like midnight and were sold out by like 4am, before I got up). But some time later, more CEs were made available through amazon and the like. I got one of those, saw Origin had a toll free support number and called them:
I got right through, the person was easy to understand (they sounded american) and had a refund processed for the digital order in under 5 minutes.
I've yet to have THAT kind of service with steam.
edit: It's also the only time I've used origin.
