It IS pretty ridiculous though. Completely different game style, different market, different art, different platform, etc. etc. And Saga is a pretty commonly used word in game titles. In fact, I think there was a game just named "Saga."
Seriously though, I'd like to see them try and go after Lego instead of picking on some indie dev. Wankers.
