Orth doesn't belong anywhere near the public (or in a senior job). He was a jerk to Microsoft's customers, and it doesn't look like he's learned much from it.

Perhaps the panel should be about being a responsible adult in the media when in such a prominent position (should really be always but that is asking a lot). Then maybe we would have less of these instigators who cry foul when someone takes the bait.

Other than the attempt to be always online the only other mistake was your comments, you just cannot do it, deal with it. I guess talking about it may help someone else, but a large part of this is common sense.
