Marissa doesn't see fit to apologize for Yahoo's general suckiness. She must know about it, something like 75% of Yahoo employees don't use Yahoo Mail.

Also funny they say they have a 99.9% uptime, yet have to admit to a total 2 week email outage for more than 1% of the userbase.
That ain't 99.9% uptime anymore. It's 99.8% uptime
