The seller really could have invested in a better printout. At least get it printed somewhere if you hope to have the auction stand up.

It doesn't surprise me the guy bought a piece of paper, this is an Xbone buyer after all

Perhaps he should invest that money in reading lessons and birth control. What a waste of life. And how the fuck would he be buying for his son if he's only 19? Kid can't be older than 3 at most. So hot only is he stupid, he's a liar too.

He's 19 years old buying a Console for his son.... If he didn't pre-order one, doesn't he have a better use for the money?

Man pays $750 for a piece of paper he thought was an Xbox One.

The auction listing stated it was for a photo of the console, not the system itself. However, Clatworthy said he still expected to receive the Xbox One because the item was listed in the "video games and consoles" category on eBay.

Hahaha! I know it was a dickish thing to do but I can't help laughing. The seller posted a photo of the console and sent the same photo to the winner! That's hysterical!

I don't get how it is misleading either.. it clearly said "photo" and he got the photo... sure was an expensive photo... but that ain't misleading, and people buy butt fucking ugly "art" for more.

Hahaha laughing my ass off right now, and I read the entire story, he wanted to get a day one, Xbox one edition for his 4 year old son !

I guess he got cooned too , when at 15 he bought a picture of a condom !!!
