inFAMOUS: Second Son in February. I just keep chanting that to myself.

I should get around to playing the other ones on the PS3, considering I have them.
Infamous 1 -> Infamous 2 is the best example I can think of for console games changing a lot within a generation. Some of that was probably the developer being unfamiliar with the PS3, but I played Infamous 2 first (because of it being free on PS+), then went back to play Infamous 1. How can I put this? Random NPC #3 in Infamous 2 looks more detailed and has better animations than the player character in Infamous 1. The lighting effects in the first one were pretty good, but the second game vastly improved almost every other aspect of the series. I was shocked by how different it was.

If you're just getting into the series now, I would probably just skip the first game. They're both very fun games but the second one has much more going for it.
