How is EA going to make it right within the 24 hour period you're given for refund?

- You'll get a response within 48 hours and your refund within 10 days if you meet the refund criteria."
Really? Sounds easier to just reject the payment on credit card, and I would feel some compensation from doing that because it will penalize EA(with the credit card company), for putting me through frustration.
