Dude, could you just answer the damn question? Which proposal do you think violates the 2nd amendment and why? I'm not seeing it.

Watch the videos and use your brain. I think you're capable of that.
I already told you I don't see what the hell you're talking about. So either tell us what exactly is violating the 2nd amendment or just shut up about the whole thing and quit wasting our time with link spam.

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Here you have Obama talking about making executive orders to not only force a gun registry database, and for what? But to strip rights that are not to be infringed.

His gun bills have all failed, so what does he do? Circumvent the process and goes right to executive orders.

Mark my words, this guy is the single most dangerous president we've ever had.

Which one of those 23 proposals establishes a gun registry? I don't see it. If you expect anyone to understand why you are so pissed about this, you're gonna have to articulate your argument here. You're not doing that right now. Please try again.

I'd like to hear your summary of why you think the facts in those two articles contribute to a trainwreck.

Never been there before, but I actually got to hand it to that website because those are some pretty solid articles. Just the facts without spinning or trying to draw any conclusions (the comments on the other hand ). Though the first article would probably benefit from a clearer headline, they're in charge of the IT infrastructure and services for aid distribution not the money itself.

I don't recall saying anything about SYG in my post. Once again, you're not reading the actual post, but just creating a straw man. Martin was a victim of homicide. Whether it was justified or not, we'll never know. Obama has just as much right to speak his mind as any other citizen. That's one of those Amendments you're always talking about, remember? You don't have to agree with him, but aside from calling for re-evaluation of SYG laws (which weren't really a factor here), I don't see anything wrong with his comments.

I said "bad law", and I was referring to FL's self-defense laws.

Well the Supreme Court has ruled the penalty a tax, which is within Constitutionally-granted Congressional power, so it is in fact Constitution as decreed by the Supreme Court. A majority conservative Supreme Court no less. You are not mandated to buy health care; you are just made to pay a penalty if you don't.
