Unconfirmed Grand Theft Auto V PC Listing Shows March Date

Norwegian e-tailer Komplett.no now lists a Windows edition of Grand Theft Auto V, in spite of the fact that no PC version of the open-world action sequel has yet been announced. This is not preventing them from offering a release date, which reads March 19, 2014. They even seem to be accepting preorders for the price of 399.00 NOK (~US$66.00), and a Google translation also shows the following incomprehensible footnote: "The funding comes in addition 45 in bank charges and $ 295 in entry fee per customer. Credit Purchase price: 1,274. Full Sale Terms and yield. Upon purchase of more products, credit price will be lower." Thanks NowGamer.

The way I read the Norwegian text is that it costs 1274 NOK if you buy it using store credit. In other words if you borrow the money from komplett.no you end up paying 1274 NOK(~212 USD) in total(price of game + interest + fees).
That's correct. The site automatically gives you the details for a purchase using monthly payments. This becomes ridiculous for cheaper products due to the fixed fees (such as 10 CD-R disks for 900 NOK instead of the cash price of 59 NOK).
