is David Dyack the brother of Dennis Dyack?
It was his comments about the press after Too Human bombed, the allegations made against Epic about the Unreal Engine (it turned out in the end that Silicon Knights used the Unreal Engine without permission and paying royalties and simply disguised the code they stole as "a revamped version" of the engine), the X-Men Destiny article, and that Dyack was practically responsible for Silicon Knights' deterioration and he jumped ship to a new studio after all that Epic stuff hit the fan. There's also the fact that Eternal Darkness, the game on which he tries to ride a new career, was allegedly successful precisely because he had people looking at his hands: Nintendo brought in their own producers.
Also, X-Men Destiny was not a project they took to stay afloat. They took it so they could basically take Activision's money and use the resources solely to develop Eternal Darkness 2, despite the fact that they don't have the rights, they didn't strike a deal with anyone, and over the course of developing they apparently had barely a quarter of a single in-game location. That's not trying to keep the company together, it's trying to play a huge company for a fool and expect to get away with it. It's irresponsible. It's fraud, just like with the Epic law suit.
Why is David/Dennis Dyack a problem. What did he do?

Get rid of Dyack, people don't want to contribute to a campaign where he is involved.
