Here's word on this throwback brawler from Adult Swim:
Return to the glory days of sidescrolling beat-em-ups, courtesy of developers Team2Bit and Adult Swim Games. The sinister Milkman holds the city of Las Cruces in his nasty criminal grip, and it’s up to legendary black belt neurosurgeon Dr. Karate and the rest of the Fist Puncher team to deliver old-school justice to the lawless streets.

LOL and everything, but Yahtzee's ignorance of industry/governmental vernacular doesn't make it a legitimate criticism. It's similar to when some people think "Master Chief" sounds like a stupid name for a hero, when in fact that is an actual Naval rank.
