From the hands-on impressions I've read the barf simulator starts when you first put it on. There is this disembodiment feeling since it feels like your head is in the game but your body isn't. Eventually you get used to it and people describe it as feeling pretty natural after awhile. No question though this isn't going to be as friendly as just watching your TV. But I still want it.
