As sure as the sun sets and rises, the hate flows on Blues in a CoD thread. I know it's an absurd notion, but I actually like CoD MP gameplay. Each iteration can be very similar, but not copy paste jobs as some would naively indicate. The improvements/differences are more noticeable if you skip a few releases like I do. Still though, I think it's lame that people gotta hate on stuff other people enjoy and even chastise people for liking it.

Wasn't that the Takedown KS? They found a publisher recently...

Holy carp - really? I could have sworn that it failed its kickstarter. Well, there's one game to keep a watch on... still, maybe I'm being greedy, but I also want one to be based on Rainbow Six...

It just barely eeked over it's goal. A lot of folks were hesitant since they openly admitted they wanted to use the money to attract the publisher. But it seems to have worked for them based on an update last week.

Absolutely NO faith that game with be any good at all. Stupid name too. I'm sure feature after feature will be cut. Starting with COOP then it will slide out of the publisher, looking like a nice brown COD.

If I'm wrong, yay but no faith what so ever in the game industry to create a squad based tactical shooter any more.

The fact that I got this a xmas gift through steam and dont want to touch it says should say something as well! Cant even trade the thing for a 5$ discount towards a real game.

Wow, yeah that says a lot too.

My wife, bless her heart, got me MW3 for Christmas 2011, and I played MAYBE 15 minutes of it and haven't touched it since. I asked her not buy me those games anymore.....

It's worth noting that ONLY the multiplayer is free... 'Cause, of course, one weekend would be ample time to play through that campaign a couple of times. And if you didn't give a shit about MP, that'd be it, no reason to buy it after.

This game is competing with that Colonial Marines fiasco!

All I want is to play a game like Rogue Spear. Why can't I have that? Why would I play more fake and overproduced shiat like CoD? Just another genre the console playing gammas killed.

I pray we get another videogame crash. The only way to restore gaming to its former glory is kill it with fire and rebuild from the ashes.
