Atari S.A. Bankrupt Too

This statement (Adobe Acrobat format) follows word that the U.S. arm of Atari has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with news that the company's French parent Atari S.A. is likewise seeking a court-governed reorganization with a "book 6" filing in France. "In light of the current situation with BlueBay, we have decided to take what we think is the best decision to protect the Company and its shareholders, says Jim Wilson, CEO of Atari. "Through these ongoing procedures, and especially the auction process in the US, we will seek to maximize the proceeds in the best interest of the Company and all of its shareholders." Thanks NowGamer.

You wouldn't happen to have any details on that license, would you? I haven't really looked into it, but it would certainly be nice to see D&D games that weren't absolute garbage.

*edit* also, not meaning to sound harsh, it's shitty that more people are going to end up losing jobs. It seems like every other day here there's a company filing for bankruptcy.
