If anyone wants to buy me a 50 foot HDMI cable so I can hook Steam up to the HD TV let me know
You know those are only about $15 right?
http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-Cable-50-FT-15/dp/B000QKKAPEI suggest measuring first to make sure 50' is enough.

I just snagged Lego LOTR and Lego Batman 2 from Amazon for $7.50 each and they're Steam games.
Yep! I got Lego LOTR from them too, and a couple months ago I got package from amazon that had lego batman games and lego harry potter games. I really wanted to get a bundle that had all the lego games, but I think they are diff publishers, so that won't happen. I started getting them piecemeal while on sale.
Amazon has started making it easier to tell if its a steam game or not.
For most games, up at the top near where it says the rating it will say "DRM: Steam"
There's a few that don't, but usually if you CTRL F for the word STEAM at least one person will say in the review if its steam or not. And of course if its a game you know is steamworks (like Civ 5) you know its steam regardless of where you get it.
