"All hands on deck" is a play on words as the DLC gives you the ability to have a poker game with your team on the crew deck of the Normandy. Winning nets you a pair of fuzzy dice that hang in the cockpit. It totally changes the ending. It also lets you fake out the ghost child when you choose synthesis, instead you throw the dice into the beam and it turns everyone into furries. There are many suicides.
