Paradox Interactive announces the release of Sword of the Stars II: Enhanced Edition, an updated edition of Kerberos Productions strategy sequel. This includes all the updates released over the past year, all the game's DLC, and End of Flesh, a new DLC pack that adds new content and an entirely new faction. The new DLC is also being offered for free to owners of Sword of the Stars II in gratitude for suffering through the game's early woes, as they say: "Paradox and Kerberos would like to thank their audience for their patience and support as they worked hard on getting Sword of the Stars II: Lords of Winter into its current condition." The new Loa race with a new drive for their ships – the Neutrino Pulse Gate
Over 25 new technologies including a new tech tree for cybernetics
10 new weapons and attack systems
Expanded ship building options for all six original factions, including new Leviathan class ships
