I clicked on the comments just to see how many asshats would say "peepul stil playz dizs?!?!" but I was shocked to see only one asshat in the room. I don't care what anyone says, DCUO is a lot of fun. There are problems that may plague this game forever, but it is still a blast. Action, button mashing, good PVP, a lot of loot and tons of customization options for your toon. Find some friends and a good league and that raises the fun exponentially. If those things aren't for you then ok, maybe it "sucks" for whatever you're into.

And it's free for fucks sake...download it and judge for yourself. I enjoy it and I'm not even all that into comics, and I was more of a Marvel fan as a kid. It's far from the best thing out there, but it's a damn good time. I've played since the beta and it has come leaps and bounds from where it was. There was a point where we thought it was going to die right then and there but they've done a lot to move it in the right direction.

DC Universe on the PS3, with a controller, is a fun game. I even dig PvP...which I usually avoid in other MMOs.

I have tried playing on my PC, and I find that I don't like it as much with a mouse and keyboard. The game just works really well with a controller. Also, and maybe its just the times I login, but there seems to be more people playing on the PS3 servers then on the PC servers. I would be curious to see those numbers to see if that is true.

It isn't as good as City of Heroes by any means, and if I had to choose between it and Champions Online I would choose CO because CO is a deeper game, but once in a while its fun to pick it up and go burn people up with my human solar flare...and since it is F2P I can do that.
