I got a note from Network Solutions asking for feedback on my experience with their tech support the other day. Luckily I had already written out a brief essay to send them, so I guess I get the satisfaction of telling them how dissatisfied I was, and can only hope that the criticism can be used constructively. If not, at least I got to vent.
