She's doing the right thing here. Facebook still doesn't seem to understand that it has responsibilities to its customers or it doesn't care. Either way, suing them is one way to ensure they start paying attention. And as for the brats that did this to this girl, they and their parents should be made to pay.


After reading the article, I'm think she did the right thing. Was she just supposed to ignore it, and pretend it wasn't a big deal? What happens when she applies for a job in a few years and shit like that potentially comes up in google?
