OMG. You are, like, the biggest fanboy.
I've purchased every game Blizzard has released on the PC since Warcraft 2. I don't have some kind of agenda against Blizzard. I want Diablo 3 to be great. That's why I've been questioning every lousy design decision they've made. It's also not like I grew jaded from the gameplay either. I just played the crap out of D1 and D2 a few months ago. I'm ready for the next Diablo!
It's a horrible feeling because Blizzard games used to feel like an event. Now, I won't be buying D3 or MoP this year. That sucks. I'm not paying $60 this limp dick - even after waiting for so long.
So a fanboy is anyone that doesn't agree with you? Pull your head out of your ass.
Skill trees are an illusion of choice, always have been. The simple minded are easily fooled.
You seriously just said skill trees don't allow choice? LOL my god you're pure retard. You've been shilling for this game and Blizzard in general, for months calling anyone who isn't OMGINLOVEWITHBLIZZARD, a troll. Seriously Krowen, get the fuck over yourself.
Skill trees allow choice, for example in diablo 2 one could make a total ice sorc or a total fire sorc, that isn't the case here, the game just unlocks shit as you go on, there's not so much an illusion of choice with diablo 3, there's just no choice period. Ooo do I pick the suck rune or the fail rune?
Maybe you want to put some strength into your sorc to wear heavy armor, or focus on just pure magic for extra mana, that's a choice, here? Wizards running around with full plate just for being the required level. Simplified to the point of ad nauseam.
Steamlined for the lowest common denominator.
