Tell them that the very best time to shut a forum down is when making vital game related announcements ;p
Also this ain't game development, this is marketing nonsense. It doesn't take "a few days" to write what the situation is. It's either offered as bonus on steam or not. Still, I await your post ;p Because I am not buying this game anywhere but Steam.. unless the DLC is not included. Then i just.. don't buy it at all

Good news since I will preorder the moment it's on Steam. If you don't like it well then don't preorder.
Did you even read the news blurb? Premiere club is only given with a pre-order with the listed retailers. Steam is not among them. That means while this is a steam game, your pre-order on steam is worthless in that regard. It does not give you premiere club and does not give you the DLC for free.
If this is not how it is then maybe Gear Box should explain what they mean better. Because thats what their website says.

Missing out on actual content because I pre-ordered from the wrong place (or waited for a review) sucks.
Jerusahat wrote on Apr 11, 2012, 05:34:Yeah, but when most people talk about pre-ordering on Steam they just mean being able to get the game on Steam. If the choice is pre-ordering on Steam and getting nothing or pre-ordering elsewhere and getting the bonus (with both options activating on Steam) then the vast majority will choose the pre-order bonuses. It's largely semantics.
We're talking about pre-order bonuses, not Steam library integration.

Steam isn't currently a participating retailer, so buying from them will only screw you over.

Not offering pre-order bonuses on Steam will mean they won't be offered on PC at all.

But don't worry, an entire character class is being developed by a completely separate team! It's not like they are taking anything from the main game or anything. You don't have to do stuff like balance the game for different classes. So this is totally ok!
