I went back to the drawing board last night in my barbeque sauce project, as I've already gone through a pint of the good stuff. I made a new one from a Steven Raichlen recipe based on Coca Cola, which came out pretty well. I also went back to try and repair the sauce from last time that came out wrong... I think it's edible at this point, but still nothing compelling. I guess that might be for the best, because I completely lost track of everything I did to it to try and fix it, so if it turned out to be the best sauce ever, I would never be able to recreate it.
