Thanks Dev I'll order one!
NP. I also edited in a link to amazon since its a little cheaper. It has 4.5/5 stars there
Most of the other solutions I haven't tried, but I have tried the mouse wrist rest.
Just to be clear, this is a mouse wrist wrest. They sell a keyboard wrist rest, but I prefer my MS natural keyboard with built Naugahyde rest (natural keyboards with split keys aren't for everyone though, some people hate them). It took MS years, but they finally came out with a natural keyboard that didn't screw up lots of keys (like they used to have non standard arrow block, non standard pageup/down block, etc).
Edit:
Oh BTW, if you were talking about keyboard wrist instead of mouse wrist hurting, I've found that a logitech g13 really helps. You can move that around anywhere while playing, including onto your lap. Plus it has so many ways to program the buttons its better than a normal keyboard. It feels like the left part of a keyboard, so no need to retrain for different buttons either. Plus, some people use them for apps too, so its not just a gaming device.

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G13-Programmable-Gameboard-Display/dp/B001NEK2GEI know its not cheap, but its WELL worth it, and not just for the wrist. It really enhances PC gaming. I'm a bit of a cheapskate if you haven't noticed, and I feel I've really gotten my money's worth out of this. Make sure to d/l the driver package from logitech website, they've done some upgrades to it that help.

http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Natural-Ergonomic-Keyboard-4000I've done a lot of research on MS natural keyboards, this is one of the few that don't screw up things with non-standard key blocks. And I've found some of the keys at the top are quite useful (like the mute and calculator button). Plus you can do a quick config edit and make the zoom slider work as a scroll up/down slider. The zoom functionality is useless, but if you change it its pretty useful.
I've seen this keyboard go on sale for $20, last time it did I picked up a spare.
Some people hate split keyboard designs, but this natural keyboard is incredibly comfortable with the Naugahyde wrist wrest.
