beta update channel already updated me to 11 .. nothing really big changed everything continues to work ;p

Though still not sure what the point is of these large numbers, Firefox 20 in a year, or what?

At this point I'm just going to copy and paste this to a text file for every Firefox/Chrome news bit:

They update on a set schedule for the stable client, this allows them to iterate on features without users waiting months for patches and whatnot. The long term support client is for corporations who need static deployments and people who whine about version numbers.

Chrome has been doing a similar thing for quite some time already and IE is adopting the same schema. It allows for faster development as they aren't bug bashing massive releases and missing release dates as a result.
Playing: Persona 5, Ys VIII, Mario vs Rabbids
Watching: American Gods, Stronger, Day of the Dead Bloodline
