Actually there are still a lot of people playing that one online, on the PC. Not sure about the xbox. Most xbox cod gamers move on to the new COD when it comes out. That's where Activision makes their profit.
I hvae them all on PC - but maybe I play at the wrong times - find it hard to get a good game going on WaW.
The even earlier COD games were even better gameplay - closer to DoD.

When I played Alan Wake on the xbox I thought the game was nice but it wasn't special. If they had taken away all weapons and left only the flashlight, now that would elevate the horror of the game a lot.

Yup, although I had already rented MW2 on xbox and beat it 2x in a few days and played MP for 4 hours - figured I could add it to the collection for 4.99.....

you forgot best action rpg on PC. Japan had a ton of great action rpgs that never make it over here.

To each his own.... oh, no doubt about it. I was enjoying the Hell out of KoA:R and forgot to cancel my JA:BiA pre-order on Steam. So glad I didn't. I took a break from KoA:R and booted JA:BiA and I am having a lot of fun with the game, warts and all.

To each his own, I'm really enjoying Amalur a lot.
well I like the game. It's kinda like what if Stephen King fell into one of his own stories. If you like that kind of story I think it's worth thirty bucks.

I'm sure the $30 price tag (as low as $20 if you bought it from GMG during their sale) was the main appeal. That's the reason I bought it.
