Not a single quest bug fix? Really?
Yeah, I still have one quest I can't finish. Since I retrieved an item before I got the quest to retrieve it, I can't deliver the item because it won't give me the dialog line to say that I have the item for him. Really annoying. I suspect a lot of quest fixes will be done by modders, as usual with Bethesda games. I'm thinking about looking up the console codes to let me try to fix the quest manually now. Should just need to advance it a notch or two I think.

Have you tried dropping the item and picking it up again? That matter of factly fixed a similar bug I had. You're unable to drop most quest items, though.

In that case you'll have to force the item to drop with the console command, then you can pick it back up to fulfill the quest objective. Most of the quest issues I've run into can be fixed either that way, by removing leftover quest items, or by manually progressing the quest stage. Unfortunately, there's a pretty major side quest in Windhelm that won't start, and cannot be forced to start, for a lot of people...
